We are proud to have hosted young Hinata and hope that we can continue to share creative ideas from young minds across the globe!

Welcome to the New Year and welcome our newest AllStar at PechaKucha HQ in Tokyo, Cristina Marie Deane. While completing her degree at Temple University Japan, Cristina complimented her studies with an internship at PKN Tokyo, (photographed her on her first day!) Proving her invaluable worth in helping us feature all YOUR amazing 20x20 presentations 1 year later, not to mention adding a particularly bubbly air to the office, we just couldn't bear the thought of losing her. Sooo, now that she has graduated, we got her! Congrats on your graduation Cristina, and welcome to the PechaKucha HQ team!

Monica holds a BA from the College of William and Mary and an MA from Johns Hopkins University in Museum Studies. She grew up as a military brat visiting museums around the world, and for a brief stint wanted to be a potter, and now makes ceramics dinosaur fossils with her five-year-old son, plans camping adventures with her artist husband, and rides her bike when time allows! Thanks Monica for your commitment to PechaKucha Nights in Ellensburg!
